Loved the stunning view of the mountains and the lake from our room, and the complimentary chocolates and champagne. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of nearby hiking trails and outdoor activities to enjoy. the staff were friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome.

The furniture in the room was outdated and worn, and the bedding was uncomfortable. We also found the prices for food and drinks to be much higher than the local standard, which made us feel like the hotel was taking advantage of guests.

The outdoor swimming pool was a delight, with a spacious sun terrace to bask in the sun and have drinks at the pool bar. I also enjoyed the delicious meals from the restaurant and the packed lunches were handy. The private facilities were exclusive and I loved the garden area.

There was only one minor hiccup, the service could have been a bit better. Although the staff was very courteous, the wait times for requests were longer than expected.
